Frequently Asked Questions

in case we haven't met...

Oh, hi there!

I’m Amanda. I’m a professional painter, a mom, a business-owner, and a world-class chocolate croissant enthusiast. You will never meet anyone who loves their life as much as I do. It was not always like this. It took me years to find my way here, and I’ll tell you one thing: everything good in my world started showing up the day I began investing in my own art. Everything. It was the best decision I ever made.

But the real transformation came later—when I started leaving little pieces of my work out in the world for strangers to find. What began as a simple gesture turned into something much bigger. It cracked me open. The joy of knowing my art could brighten someone else’s day, without price tags or expectations attached, changed the way I see my work and the way I run my business. Sharing freely made me braver, more generous, and more connected than I ever imagined.

That’s why I started the Random Acts of Art challenge. It’s a celebration of giving, of beauty in unexpected places, and of the privilege we have as artists to touch the lives of others. I’m so glad you are here to be part of it.
